Report of the budget and appropriations committee on the second supplementary estimates for the financial year 2018/2019

Abstract

Mr. Speaker, on behalf of the members of the budget and appropriations committee and pursuant to article 223 of the constitution, section 44 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012 PFM regulation 40 and standing orders 243, it is my pleasure to present to this house the committees report on the second supplementary estimates for the financial year 2018/2019.
