The budget and appropriations committee report on the third basis for revenue allocation among the county governments

Abstract

Mr. Speaker, on behalf of the members of the budget and appropriations committee and pursuant to article 95(4) (a) and 217(3 and 4) of the constitution, section 7 of the public finance management act and standing order 41, it is my pleasure to present to this house the committee report on the third basis for allocating the share of the National revenue among the counties.
