| dc.description | We were appointed as a Commission by an Order made on 9th January 1970 and published in a Special' Issue of the Kenya Gazette on that day, under the Commissions of Inquiry Act (Cap. 102). We were required to examine and investigate into matters affecting the Structure and Remuneration of the Public Services including the daily paid workers, teachers, local Government staff, Police and Prisons, Judiciary and Statutory Boards but excluding the Armed Forces and expatriate officers. | en_US |
