Abstract

In accordance with article 223 of the constitution, section 44 of the public finance management act, 2012 PFM regulations 40 and Standing Orders 243, I am honored to present to this house, on behalf the members of the budget and appropriations committee, the committee's report on the first supplementary budget for financial year 2020/2021.
